Wonderful cherry wood table with chairs and bonded leather sofa in Embrun, Ontario for sale

I am downsizing to a smaller space and have to get rid of furniture that won't fit. Furniture is from a smoke-free home.
I have a beautiful table made with real cherry wood. It has two sizes -- a smaller rectangle (comfortably seats 4) and a fold out larger square shape (comfortably seats 6). It also has internal storage. The table is in very good condition. There are a few marks, but they are hardly noticeable, but also because it is real wood it can be restained. The table was bought at Crate and Barrel for $2000. There are also six leather chairs that are being sold with the table. I am asking for $700 for the set.
I have a bonded leather sofa. It was purchased from The Brick 5 years ago. It was only used for 2 as it was a living room sofa and was saved for special occassions. It is in very good condition and will come with a protector for the material. Originally was $950 and asking $450.
All reasonable offers will be considered.
Pick-up or if you can wait until our moving day then there is the possibility of drop off. Amount would be paid in full before we drop it off on our moving day on March 28th.
